My approach is root-cause, evidence-based and weight-inclusive — labs, symptoms and how you feel are the measure, not the scale.

Root-cause, evidence-based, no fads. No judgment.
I'm here to help you understand what your body is asking for — not to hand you another rigid plan. We start with a thorough intake, look at the whole picture (symptoms, labs, lifestyle), and build a personalized plan that may include functional testing or food-sensitivity testing where it's actually useful. Sessions are 1:1, calm, and at your pace.
I'm weight-inclusive. That means we focus on energy, labs, symptoms, cycles and habits — not the scale, not before/after photos, not numbers that don't serve you.
Because diet culture failed too many of us.
I went into nutrition because I watched smart, capable people get handed restrictive plans that ignored how their bodies actually worked — and blamed them when those plans didn't stick. That isn't nutrition; that's diet culture in a clinical jacket. My practice is the opposite: curious, specific, and respectful of the person in front of me.
Before opening my own practice I worked in clinical and outpatient settings, taught dietetic interns, and continued post-graduate training in PCOS, hormone and gut nutrition. That clinical foundation is what lets the work be calm — there's an evidence base under the conversation, not just opinions.
Virtual is the point — not a compromise.
I'm based in Orange County, with many clients in Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Irvine, Mission Viejo and Costa Mesa — and across California, Texas, Nevada. Virtual care means you get to work with the right specialist, not just the closest one. Sessions happen from your couch, kitchen or office, and your plan moves with you.
Nutrition counseling is not a substitute for medical care. Individual results vary. Last updated June 2026.
