A plan built around your real foods, schedule and preferences — flexible, not rigid, and designed to outlast a busy week.
How working together actually works.
It starts with a free 15-minute discovery call — a real conversation, no paperwork, no PHI. You tell me what's been going on, what you've already tried, and what would make this worth the time. I tell you honestly whether I think I can help and what a plan would look like.
If we're a fit, we book an initial intake. I review your history, labs you've already had, your routine, and your goals — then build a starting plan that fits your real life, not someone else's idea of "clean eating."
From there it's follow-ups every 2–4 weeks. We refine. We adjust. We keep what works, change what doesn't, and build something you can actually live with after we stop meeting.
Nutrition counseling is not a substitute for medical care. Individual results vary. Last updated June 2026.
Common questions before booking.
Do you take insurance?
I'm in-network with Aetna in California. For other plans I provide a detailed superbill you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement — many PPO plans cover a meaningful portion. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Is everything virtual?
Yes. Sessions happen over secure video across California, Texas and Nevada. Virtual care means you get the right specialist for your situation — not the closest one.
How do I get started?
Start with the free 15-minute discovery call. We'll talk through what you're working on, whether we're a fit, and what a realistic plan would look like. No paperwork, no PHI required to book the call itself.
How long does it usually take to feel different?
Most clients notice meaningful shifts in 4–8 weeks of consistent work — sometimes faster for energy and digestion, longer for hormone-cycle changes. We track what matters to you, not just numbers.
Many plans cover nutrition counseling.
