1:1 PCOS nutrition counseling with Leila Page, RD focuses on the version of PCOS in front of her — your symptoms, labs, cycle and life — not a generic protocol. Care is weight-inclusive and coordinated with your physician.

If you’ve been told to “just lose weight and your PCOS will sort itself out” — that is not what working together looks like. We map what is actually driving your symptoms, build a plan around your foods and schedule, and adjust as your cycles, energy and labs shift.

Who this is for

Signs PCOS care with me may be a fit.

  • You have irregular, unpredictable or missing cycles and want them back without going straight to the pill.
  • You’ve been newly diagnosed with PCOS (or PMOS) and want a clear, non-overwhelming plan to start with.
  • Insulin resistance, blood-sugar swings, intense cravings or post-meal crashes are part of your day.
  • You’re trying to conceive (or planning to) and want nutrition that supports ovulation alongside your physician’s care.
  • Your labs come back “normal,” but the fatigue, breakouts, hair changes or weight changes tell a different story.
How I help

How I work on PCOS — beyond “lose weight and come back”.

01

Blood-sugar-friendly, but not restrictive

Eating patterns that support steady blood sugar — protein, fiber, healthy fats, plenty of color — without calorie tracking, macro math or banishing whole food groups.

02

Functional testing + lab analysis when useful

Where it helps, we look at hormone panels (e.g. DUTCH), insulin and metabolic markers, thyroid, micronutrients and gut markers to personalize the plan — not to add tests for the sake of it.

03

Fertility, cycles and the rest of the picture

If you’re trying to conceive or want regular cycles back, we work on the nutrition and lifestyle factors that support ovulation, alongside your physician’s care.

04

Weight-inclusive throughout

Our north star is symptoms, labs, energy and cycle quality — not pounds, not before/after photos.

Nutrition counseling is not a substitute for medical care. Individual results vary.

I started working with Leila right after high school, when my whole routine changed and I realized I needed real help with my nutrition. From the start, she actually listened. She built a plan around my busy life and work schedule instead of handing me some rigid template that was never going to fit. Her focus was on nourishing my body and supporting my metabolism, with attention to my hormone health and my goal of losing some weight along the way. I came away not just with a plan but with a much better understanding of how to take care of myself. If you're in Orange County and looking for a dietitian who meets you where you are, I can't recommend Leila enough.

I was looking for a registered dietitian in Orange County and am so lucky to have found Leila. After years of jumping from one fad diet to the next and always feeling like I was failing, she helped me build sustainable habits that actually fit my life. Leila is also incredibly easy to talk to - nutrition can get into some personal, 'TMI' territory, and she made every conversation feel easy and judgment-free. Using a continuous glucose monitor with her was eye-opening too; it showed exactly how my body responded to different foods and took all the guesswork out. I found my body reacts to something in ways I wouldn't have never guessed. I finally feel like I'm living a healthier life instead of chasing the next quick fix. If you're in the OC and looking for a great dietitian, I can't recommend Leila enough!

FAQ

PCOS & Hormone Nutrition — common questions

Do you take insurance for PCOS nutrition counseling?

I’m in-network with Aetna in California. For other plans I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement and accept HSA/FSA. PCOS is a commonly covered diagnosis for medical nutrition therapy on many plans — I can help you check your benefits during the discovery call.

Is PCOS care with you fully virtual?

Yes — every session is virtual, by secure video. I see clients across California, Texas and Nevada. No commute, no waiting room, and you can join from home, the office or wherever your week takes you.

How long until I notice changes working together?

Most people start to notice shifts in energy, cravings and digestion within a few weeks. Cycle and lab changes typically take longer — often a few months — because we’re working with hormone cycles. Individual results vary.

Do I need functional testing to work with you?

No. Functional testing is a tool, not a requirement — we use it when it’s likely to change your plan, never just to add tests. Many clients see meaningful change without any functional testing at all.

How do we get started?

Book a free 15-minute discovery call from the contact page. We’ll talk through what’s going on at a high level, decide together whether working together is the right fit, and outline next steps — including how insurance and scheduling would work for you specifically.
