Leila Page is a registered dietitian providing virtual nutrition counseling to Fullerton residents — a university-and-college town with a large student and young-professional population alongside established families. Care is telehealth across OC and the state, with select in-person availability in OC by request, so it fits a student or working schedule without a commute.

A little local context.
Fullerton is one of north Orange County's anchor cities — home to Cal State Fullerton (the largest campus in the CSU system), Fullerton College, and a walkable historic downtown known for its restaurants, music and arts scene.
That gives the city an unusually wide age range: tens of thousands of students and young professionals, plus long-established families in the older neighborhoods around the Fullerton Arboretum and Hillcrest Park. Both ends of that spectrum tend to be busy and schedule-driven.
Virtual care fits that reality — a student can log on between classes, a professional between meetings, a parent after the kids are down — and the plan continues from wherever you are, which is most of what makes nutrition changes actually stick.
Telehealth, by design — not as a fallback.
Whether you're a student without a car or a parent juggling work and pickup, the commute to a clinic is exactly the friction that ends a nutrition plan early. Telehealth removes it — you keep the appointment from your dorm, office or kitchen.
Sessions are video visits with a personalized plan and written resources sent after. We can fold in labs, CGM data and structured follow-ups so the work compounds over weeks instead of resetting each visit.
I'm based in Orange County and virtual-first. Select in-person sessions in OC are available by request, but the practice is built around telehealth so care stays consistent.
What Fullerton clients ask about
A lot of Fullerton clients come in for PCOS and hormone work — especially common in college-age and young women, where irregular cycles, acne and fatigue often surface for the first time. We work root-cause with a sustainable, food-first plan that pairs well with whatever medical care you're already getting.
The other big theme in a student-heavy city is repairing a relationship with food that years of restrictive or fad dieting has worn down. The work here is explicitly non-diet and weight-inclusive — no calorie or macro tracking, no rules designed to be 'good' — alongside gut-health work (IBS, reflux, food sensitivities) when symptoms are part of the picture.

Virtual nutrition in Fullerton — common questions
Do you see clients in person in Fullerton?
My practice is virtual-first. Most Fullerton clients — students and working adults alike — work with me entirely by telehealth, which is what makes it possible to keep consistent appointments around classes and work. I'm Orange County–based and can sometimes accommodate select in-person sessions in OC by request, but virtual is the core of how I work.
Can virtual nutrition counseling really work as well as in person?
Yes — and for a busy Fullerton schedule, it often works better. The personalization comes from listening, your data and a plan tailored to your life — none of which requires a clinic visit. Removing the commute is usually what lets clients actually stay consistent long enough to see change.
Are virtual sessions covered by insurance?
I'm in-network with Aetna in California. For other plans I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, and HSA/FSA cards work directly. The insurance page covers the details.
What do you help Fullerton clients with most?
PCOS and hormone work, gut health and IBS, repairing a non-diet, weight-inclusive relationship with food after years of restriction, and insulin-resistance work.
